Coaching has truly given me a life of spaciousness, forgiveness and playfulness. I used to take myself so seriously and analyze every decision I made. By integrating rest into my life, I developed a method of receiving clarity and taking small, sacred action in my daily life. Slowing down allows me to stay connected to my top priorities and allows me a new way of living. I offer rest and energy coaching because I want to keep rest alive in this world. I have brought in all the elements of the programs and trainings I have attended over the last 9 years and have woven together a fluid, feminine journey toward a life of freedom and satisfaction. *Learn the insightful tool of self-inquiry.

What’s included in your investment:

*4-month program - 12 sessions: 4 learning sessions, 4 coaching sessions, 4 rest sessions, 4 weeks of PAUSE built into the program

*All sessions virtual via Zoom, recorded and available to view when it is convenient for you.

*Weekly check-ins from me, accountability support, action plans, inaction plans, unlimited individual email support.

*Includes two free 1-on-1 coaching sessions to be used before 12.31.24

*Learning sessions include a 90 minute explanation and introduction to resources, concepts and tools to enhance your decision-making process, conserve and redirect your energy and discover your true self more and more. These sessions will allow time to practice using these tools for real-life situations within a safe, supportive environment.

*Coaching sessions include 60 minutes of real, active coaching for any challenge that is coming up for members of the group and 30 minutes for questions and additional considerations.

*Rest Sessions include a 90 minute guided Rest & Reflect Ritual. This is an inclusive space for members to practice non-sleep deep rest and free-writing.

What topics will be covered during the Learning Sessions?

*7 Types of Rest - relearning rest, reframing rest, rest on a deeper level, introduction to rest

*Boundaries - flexing the "no" muscle within a supportive, safe environment, taking boundaries two steps further and following through with what you have set and also maintaining the boundary, additionally learning when it's time to be flexible with your boundaries and how to allow boundaries to shift and change over time.

*Setting an Intention- Learn to listen with the body for your intention, learn the differences between a primary and secondary intention, create your own intention, change your relationship to goals and achievements. Tune into and stay connected to your top priorities.

*Nervous System - learn how the nervous system plays a part in how you make decisions and spend your time and energy. Practice calming and balancing the nervous system.

*Barriers to Rest - What stops you from resting? Practice working with these barriers to create a more rested life.

*Fears and Doubt - Fear and doubt have something to tell you and you will practice listening to the truth behind your worries.

*To Do Lists - Create clarity around when a to-do list is helpful vs. unhelpful. Create a new type of to-do list that actually works for you and satisfies a life that's forever unfinished.

*Emotional Wellness - tune into your innate ability to feel emotion, allow emotion to inform you vs. sting you, nurture and care for your emotions and allow emotion to become a welcome messenger throughout your day. 

*Clear Compassionate Communication - non-violent communication that includes deep listening and offers resolution to conflict within relationships at home or the workplace. You will develop a clear sense of your feelings and needs and practice communicating those feelings and needs without expectation for a particular outcome

This program is based on a compassionate community where we learn and share together, and also take space to heal as individuals.
