  • Yoga nidra is non-sleep deep rest. It is a guided rest practice that unlocks and unravels the tensions and stresses of our days and lives. It releases exhaustion and frees up energy needed for healing the body, mind and spirit. This efficient form of deep rest is the householder’s meditation. It can be experienced in 20 minutes yet provide a day’s worth of energy and freedom.

  • Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that allows energy to flow through the practitioner to the client. This flow of energy activates centers of healing that are already within the client. Reiki cleanses stagnant, heavy energy and refills the client with a reservoir of lightness and wholeness that stays with them for 7-10 days after the session. Over time, space and connectedness within the body and spirit is reestablished.

  • A boutique nap is the ultimate restful experience. During the session, you will receive both yoga nidra and reiki. The yoga nidra creates an element of safety and grounding in the energy system. While reiki works to remove what is stuck and refill the forgotten spaces within.

  • Simply put, a coach offers a safe space for clarity and accountability. As your rest and energy coach, I hold space for clearing your fears and old beliefs that keep you stuck and then allow you to safely and fully receive the truth in any situation. Dreams big and small will come into your reality with coaching support. My style of coaching focuses on self-compassion, clearing fears and old beliefs, developing intuition and going at your own pace.
